Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Cluttr. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Your Content

You retain all ownership of the inventory data, to-dos, notes, images, and other content you add to Cluttr (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the members you share with.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to store and share it. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

3. Shared Homes

Cluttr lets you invite others to a shared home. When you do, those members can view and modify the inventory and to-do content within that home according to its sharing settings. You are responsible for who you invite. Removing a member, or being removed, revokes access going forward.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Cluttr offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription, Cluttr Pro, which unlocks features such as family sharing and higher limits. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.

• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service, its servers, or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means to abuse, overload, or circumvent the limits of the Service.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep Cluttr reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, data loss, or sync delays, and we recommend you keep your own records of important information.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cluttr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
