Changelog

Every update to Cluttr for iOS and Android, newest first.

Version 1.5.0

iOSSeptember 7, 2026

Conversational Cluttr Agent, voice inventory capture, custom tags, and bulk actions.

New
  • Cluttr Agent: a conversational assistant tab helps you search, organize, and manage your home. Ask questions about what you own, search across your whole home, or ask the Agent to create and edit items, to-dos, categories, locations, and tags. Attach photos and documents directly in chat for extra context. Every proposed change displays an interactive action card so you can review details and tap Approve, Edit, or Cancel before changes commit. Free accounts receive 5 requests per day, and Cluttr Pro accounts receive 200 daily requests.
  • Voice inventory capture: tap the microphone button in the Agent composer to record spoken inventory notes with live waveform metering. Spoken descriptions transcribe directly in memory and convert into structured item proposals for your review. Recordings are never stored permanently, and you can disable voice processing at any time in Settings.
  • Custom tags and dimensions: classify belongings along multiple axes such as Season, Function, Color, or Usage Frequency, or create custom dimensions with Cluttr Pro. Dimensions support single-select or multi-select values, and can be scoped to specific categories or rooms so forms only display relevant tags. Combine tag filters with categories and locations to find specific items across your home.
  • Bulk tagging and AI suggestions: turn on selection mode to choose multiple items and apply tags in one step. When tagging items in bulk, let AI suggest matching tags from your existing tag vocabulary.
Fixed
  • Horizontal filter rails for categories, locations, and status scroll without conflicting with item taps or long-press context menus on Android, bottom sheets stay anchored when dismissing the software keyboard, and Settings displays the installed native build number alongside the version.
  • Offline indicator stability: the offline status badge filters out momentary connection flickers and appears only when your device experiences a sustained disconnection, keeping the interface calm while keeping you informed.

Version 1.4.0

iOSAugust 7, 2026

A friendlier start, smarter item capture, and free Cluttr Pro for students.

New
  • Guided tour for new accounts: a short walkthrough points out the home switcher, add button, filters, and more on the real screen. New accounts start with a few example items and to-dos, which you can keep or remove at the end. Replay the tour any time from Settings.
  • Sign up in one step: creating an account now takes only an email and password. Your first home is ready straight away, and you can rename it whenever you like.
  • Free Cluttr Pro for students: verify a school email address once a year to unlock Pro at no cost, with no card or trial required. If your school is not recognized yet, send a request with proof of enrolment for a manual review.
  • Files and receipts: attach receipts, warranties, manuals, and other documents to any item, scan paper documents with your camera, and browse everything from one searchable Files screen.
  • Barcode scanning: scan a product barcode while adding an item and let Cluttr fill in the details.
  • Quicker adding: the All Items screen now offers an Add Item button when the list is empty.
Fixed
  • Forms now keep their fields and buttons above the keyboard, taps near the add button register reliably, and the create home sheet no longer appears over a home you already have.
